Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Typical delivery times:
U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Tracking Information
All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
At this time, we currently only ship within the United States.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to replace the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier with your tracking information. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
